Eagle Products is conveniently located 5 minutes from Chicago’s International Produce Market. We are proud of the continuing renovations completed on this facility which provide an efficient production operation in addition to complying with the strict standards set by the FDA. 85% of our building is climate controlled including all preparation and packaging areas. The 4 bay temperature controlled docks make pick-ups fast and convenient. All of  these proactive efforts can assure our customers receive the finest quality product available in today’s market.

 

 

Food Safety

 

As Production Manager, the quality of our products and safe handling practices are my top priority. I was brought into the family business in 2004 utilizing my education in science to establish Eagle Product’s safety program. In the years that followed, I have implemented and managed a set of procedures which provide us with checks and balances to insure the cleanliness of our facility and the quality of our products. My comprehensive program incorporates the following:

 

                                        An in house HACCP program

                                        Independent 3rd party audits

                                        A certified quality control staff

                                        In house employee training

                                        Aggressive pest control

                                        Daily GMPs (good manufacturing practices)

                                        Trace ability procedures including lot labeling

                                        Microbiological testing and analysis by Donlevy Laboratories
